About this Site with free Photos

First: free-photo.cc (before it was ironic.site) is a one-man-show. My Name is Johann Piber and I am a Hobby-Photographer myself. That means I am doing everything, from design to coding as well as collecting and adding/tagging the Images shown here. I am working on the site in my spare time besides my full time Job.

There are so many Stockphoto Agencies and Websites out there offering Stockphotos for quite a nice Price each, some are cheaper though. Also there are some bulk offers where you might get thousands of Images for a low price.

That was too much for me anyway - why pay when there is CC0? - and so I have started collecting CC0 Photos ... and I am still collecting, but only the best ones I personally like.

Now I have thousands of handpicked free Photos and free Stockphotos which are offered here for free - just search and download - use the Images however you want and in any way (see C00 License).
This growing collection of high quality photographs should help designers, bloggers and just everyone who is in search for some special images to use anywhere for free and with no needed attribution to the Photographer. Although I am offering all of these Images completely for free I do have some costs. Webspace e.g. needs to be paid monthly and I will soon have to get more space and of course there are more costs beside. This is why there are Advertisements on all pages - every click helps paying my bills ;) But if you really are satisfied with the Images you find here please think about supporting this website and buy me a coffee.

But I do not want to force you or anybody else to click on the Advertisements, no way! Please don't click on an Ad just to do me a favour. I prefer buying me a coffee anyway ;)
